Sambucus bread (Bezgov kruhek)

SAMBUCUS BREAD (Bezgov kruhek)

 

Ingredients (sestavine):

- 100 grams of wholewheat flour (100 gramov polnozrnate moke, jaz sem uporabila pirino)

- 100 grams of buckwheat flour (100 gramov ajdove moke)

- 100 grams of rice flour (100 gramov riževe moke)

- small teaspoon of salt (sol, odvisno od okusa, malo manj kot pri običajnem kruhku, ker ta pride malo sladkast zaradi bezga)

- half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (malo sode bikarbone, po občutku bi rekla polovico čajne žličke na to količino moke)

- 300 mL of warm water (300 mL mlačne vode)

- some oil, I used olive oil (malo olja, jaz sem uporabila olivno olje)

- 1 egg (1 jajce)

- sambucus flower, without the stalk, I used a lot, about 20 flowers (bezgovo cvetje, brez stebel, samo cvetki, odvisno od okusa, jaz sem uporabilo približno 20 bezgovih cvetov - ne cvetkov ampak kot en cvet sem štela tiste cvetke, ki so se držali na enem steblu))

I simply mixed all dry ingredients, added water and oil. I added sambucus flowers and egg at the end. - I baked in the preheated over for about 40 minutes at 220 degrees celsius. 

I was very happy with the result of my delicious improvised bread.

Jaz sem preprosto zmešala vse suhe sestavine, nato  dodala vodo in olje. Dodala sem še bezgovo cvetje in jajce na koncu. - Pekla sem v segreti pečici: približno 40 minut na 220 stopinjah.

Mmmm, čakalo me je okusno presenečenje, ker je bil improviziran kruhek zelo okusen.
